Lemon Pepper Chicken

1 broiling chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
4-5 garlic cloves
½ cup lemon juice
Dried oregano
1 Tbs. Crushed peppercorns
½ cup bread crumbs
3 Tbs. Olive oil
½ tsp. Salt

Cut up chicken and place in baking dish.  Add peppercorns, olive oil and a generous sprinkling of oregano.  Cover and let marinate for at least 2 hours.  If longer, turn to allow both sides of chicken to marinate.

Cook chicken in 375 degree oven till light brown – about 35-40 minutes.   Sprinkle with bread crumbs and return to oven until browned.

Serve with roasted green beans and potatoes.
